Professional Bio
Denny is a thorough and conscientious legal practitioner who provides customer-focused, efficient, and effective legal services to secure the rights and interests of clients and ensure the service of justice. He is a proponent for good service with vast experience in conveyancing and real estate law, banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, employment and labour law, family law and practice, and criminal and civil litigation in the Subordinate Courts and Superior Courts of Zambia.
He takes pride in his ability to draft court documents that are well-researched and intelligible within reasonable time to meet each client’s timely needs. Denny has significant knowledge and experience in debt recovery and collection for large corporations and small business enterprises.
Educational and Work Experience
Denny obtained a Certificate in Prosecution from the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) in 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) with Credit from the Zambian Open University and is an Advocate of all the Superior Courts of Zambia (ASCZ). He also possesses a Certificate in Legal Writing, Drafting, Research and Analysis from DLA Piper in conjunction with ZIALE.
