As the supreme law of the land, we acknowledge that all laws flow from the Constitution of the Republic of Zambia. It is our Constitution that enshrines the Bill of Rights, the indelible and inalienable basic human rights that are entitled to every citizen of the nation.
In this context, MLP offers legal representation to minority groups, corporations, individuals and various associations in matters bordering on State regulation, procedure, policies and statutory breaches occasioned by State Agencies.
Whilst being alive to the fact such matters tend to generate masses of public interest, M&P has sharpened its skills in research and endeavours to thoroughly analyse a matter from both and internal and local scope of the human rights spectrum prior to commencement and throughout the process. Further, it is for this pubic interest consideration that we at M&P make it our mandate to keep our clientele informed, in full understanding and well prepared for court appearances and related personal submissions.
